Internal Account Manager

CareShield are expanding and are looking for additional Internal Account Managers. The role of an Internal Account Manager is to look after and service small to medium sized clients with a view to securing upsell opportunities, contract renewals and growth.

To account manage a defined portfolio of clients against a matrix of revenue, margin and customer satisfaction targets. Deploy and develop a genuine partnership approach with clients and network extensively, vertically and horizontally, throughout the allocated client community.

The Account Manager will be the clients’ “ambassador” within Careshield and will be responsible for driving delivery of ever higher standards of client care into the client portfolio with the help of the Client Services Team.
