In the UK, there are an estimated 6 million lone workers. That accounts for a fifth of all employed people in the UK. 

It is important to understand the nature of lone working and this course looks at legislation surrounding this subject. It also addresses potential risks of lone working and how to deal with them both from an organisational and individual viewpoint.
This is applicable to any industry and follows the guidance of the Suzy Lamplugh Trust and the Health and Safety Executive.
