Service Description

Our Well-led programme has been designed in conjunction with Skills for Care. It is underpinned by models of leadership for practical application to deliver change and promote best practice across the service. Well-led is a national development programme for both new and experienced managers of adult social care services. This programme is designed around the principles of the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care
