ROB HUGHES
Head of Sales
In 2003 after many years in education sales roles Rob joined the well-known IT reseller BuyItDirect as their Education sector sales lead, he quickly moved into the role as Head of Sales and help to deliver the prize-winning growth that saw them move from £1 – £100 million.
In 2011 he moved into Apprenticeship education to work with Dan Okeefe at ESG, before moving to City & Guilds as part of their significant sales and customer re structure in 2013, looking after and successfully growing the revenues of their Direct training customer base, new business proposition and their SAAS platform sales.
In 2016 he joined Craggs Energy as their Sales Director and help to drive significant change as they went through a large growth and diversification campaign.
Then in 2019 he joined Careshield as Head of Sales to restructure and build a new sales and marketing function and position a new strategy across our broad portfolio.
