*Fair use agreement

Much like a cinema ticket, a package licence can only be used once i.e. a member of staff can use the 
licence to access the courses appropriate to their package for a whole year, but they couldn’t 
view the courses then decide to give their licence to somebody else. Otherwise it would be 
like watching a film then walking out of the cinema and giving your ticket to the people 
waiting outside!

Once a licence is used it is then archived within the system for the remainder of the contract 
year. However, all is not lost! If you choose a contract for multiple years then not only do 
you get a multi-year discount, any archived licences will also be made available to you again 
on the anniversary of your contract start date. 

If for whatever reason, your staff member leaves before commencing the training, even 
though it has been allocated to them, please let our Customer Relationship Team know and 
we will be happy to make the licence available to you again before the end of the contract 
period.

Throughout the contract year, if you require more licences than originally planned just, give 
us a call and we will be happy to add any additional licences at your contract rate.

We also offer a PremierFlex service option for Universal and Comprehensive packages which, for a small addition to your subscription fee, will allow you to transfer or cancel a licence before the end of the contract period.  Please contact us for details.
