Symptom:
Learners are unable to log in to Myrus using their existing password and username.
Fault:
Our support team have found that a script designed to protect the Myrus platform had been corrupted resulting in an error which meant the login details of learners were not recognised.
Please be assured that this does not impact the security of your data at all.
Solution:
Whilst our team has been working on a global solution and has fixed the cause of the issue, the only way to maintain security protocols and the integrity of the Myrus platform is for your learners to reset their password using the link on the home screen. "Forgot Password".
For that, they would need the email addresses that they registered with and access to that mail inbox to receive a reset link to create a new password.
